THEME

Improving Access to Mental Health and Resources

Background: Mental health is a critical but often overlooked aspect of overall well-being. Many individuals face barriers to accessing mental health resources and support, including stigma, cost, and lack of awareness. This hackathon theme aims to address this challenge by bringing together teams to create innovative solutions that improve access to mental health support and resources.

Project Ideas: Possible project ideas might include mobile apps for mental health support, AI-powered chatbots for therapy, online counseling platforms, virtual reality experiences to reduce stress and anxiety, or educational resources to promote mental health awareness and destigmatization. By tackling this theme, hackathon participants can help break down barriers and provide better mental health support for individuals and communities around the world.
